吸纸头可根据纸张变形情况自动调节吸纸角度，无需停机，使送纸更加稳定精准。它具有简便的调节功能和精准的操作控制逻辑，可适应厚薄不同的纸张。它确保送纸精准、均衡、可靠，有效减少因纸张翘曲变形造成的送纸故障。

三重安全保护装置可防止纸张与进纸头碰撞，纸张堆叠位置可通过左右微调机构进行精确调整。强劲的吸纸进纸头可实现四次吸纸和送纸。吸纸头可根据纸张变形灵活调整吸纸角度。两侧设有吹风装置，便于纸张分离，确保纸张分离顺畅，送纸无卡纸，为后续工序提供稳定的纸张供应。

进口的送纸皮带配备高耐磨的压纸橡胶轮和滚轮，可方便地调节压力，确保纸张平稳输送到前方的指定位置，减少因打滑和偏差造成的停机次数，大大提高连续生产的稳定性，减少人工干预，并能适应不同克重纸张的输送需求。

实现了自动收纸，成品纸整齐有序地堆放。配备不间断二次收纸装置，显著提高了生产效率。同时，还配备了不间断抽样机构，用户无需停机即可随时检查模切纸的成型质量，兼顾了生产效率和质量控制的便利性，并减少了停机等待时间。
